ghostcorpnet is an independent studio run by a sole proprietor. These terms cover everything sold or offered on this site.

What we sell

Self-serve digital products only — playbooks, templates, checklists, and worksheets, delivered as digital downloads in PDF, XLSX, and HTML formats, as marked on each product page. Every product is delivered automatically as an instant download through the store you bought from — our Gumroad store or our Payhip store — right after purchase. There are no calls, no custom work, no done-for-you services, and no accounts to create on our end.

License

Unless a product states otherwise, your license covers a single organization: the people inside your organization may use the files for internal work, and you may adapt the templates for your organization's internal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the files themselves, and you may not share them outside your organization.

Refunds

All sales are final — digital products are not refundable once downloaded, and we do not offer refunds. There is one exception: if a file is broken, corrupted, or the wrong file was delivered, contact us at the email below and we will fix it or replace it. No guarantees

Our products are tools and templates, not promises. We make no guarantees about income, results, compliance outcomes, or business performance from using them.

Not professional advice

Some products touch legal, financial, health, hiring, or regulatory topics. They are informational aids, not professional advice — not legal advice, not financial advice, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter.

Acceptable use

Do not use our products or site to break the law, harass anyone, or misrepresent what you bought (for example, don't resell our files as your own).

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA — that's where this studio operates. Any dispute about them is handled under Indiana law.
